Beavers

Beavers are young children, aged 6 to 8, who participate in a variety of fun, educational activities designed to help them grow and learn. Every week, they gather in groups called Beaver Colonies where they engage in games, activities, and adventures that allow them to develop new skills, make friends, and explore the world around them. Beavers are encouraged to be curious and try new things, from mastering new skills to helping others in their local communities and beyond. This combination of fun and learning helps them build confidence and achieve anything they set their minds to.

Being a Beaver is all about small but meaningful growth through exploration, learning, and teamwork. One of the key aspects of being a Beaver is spending time outdoors. Together with their Colony, Beavers may build dens, take trips to the seaside, or even enjoy a sleepover under the stars. While they may not be scaling mountains just yet, they are guaranteed to have plenty of adventures close to home, learning to make the most of their surroundings and experiences.

In addition to outdoor exploration, Beavers also focus on trying new activities and learning practical life skills. Unlike traditional schooling, Beavers learn through hands-on experiences, discovering the world by playing, doing, and experimenting. One of the most important things Beavers focus on is developing character skills, such as integrity and initiative. These skills empower them to be honest, take the lead when needed, and try new things with courage, helping them grow into independent and resilient individuals.

Beavers also place a strong emphasis on helping others, working as a team to make a positive impact both locally and globally. Whether they're helping a friend try something new or contributing to their community in a meaningful way, Beavers learn the value of teamwork, empathy, and making a difference. Through these experiences, Beavers develop a sense of responsibility and community-mindedness, setting the foundation for personal growth and future leadership.

In summary, Beavers is a dynamic program that combines fun, adventure, and personal development. It teaches young children to be curious, courageous, and kind while helping them build lifelong skills and friendships through a supportive and engaging environment.
